It has been hot as heck these last few weeks and living without air conditioning has not been easy. I’ve been craving cool refreshing drinks. Our go to bevvy has been soda water with lime juice….so good….but today I wanted a yummy tropical smoothie for lunch and this tasted great.
- 1 big banana or 2 small bananas
- Flesh of half a mango
- Pulp of 1 passionfruit (or a couple of tbs of tinned passionfruit pulp)
- 2 tbs unflavoured whey protein powder
- Milk or tropical juice, to cover
- 6 ice cubes
